What you'll need:
-a can of chicken breast
-celery
-walnuts (or favorite nut)
-lowfat cream cheese
-(optional is a few sprinkles of dry ranch seasoning, great flavor!)
Method:
All I do I drain the excess liquid from the can and take a fork to shred the chicken breast. Next I chop a few stalks of celery and crush a handful of walnuts. When those are mixed I add a heaped spoonful of lowfat cream cheese. There are no measurements for this because it's all preference! Some people like drier chicken salads and some people prefer then creamier. Some like it crunchier, some don't!
I love enjoying this in a sandwich, on crackers, or even on a rice cake as a quick snack. Hope you all enjoy!
