Delicious, easy, and healthy afternoon snacking!
Ingredients:
-1/2 large apple
-1/3 cup plain yogurt
-1 packet of truvia
-1 T sliced almonds
-1T natural crunchy peanut butter
-1 tsp enjoy life chocolate chips
-few dark chocolate stevia drops (optional)
Method:
Mix everything except the apple into a small container. Slice your apple and place in a bag with a little lemon juice to keep from browning. Place in a lunch box and take with you wherever you're going!
