This was a recipe I've wanted to try to make for a while. I made this with minimal ingredients that make them low fat and high protein. They have a great dark chocolate taste.. Hope you enjoy!
-250 g boiled black beans
-1 whole egg (not whites, you need moisture)
-15g chocolate chips (I used enjoy life brand. They're sf/gf/df)
-18g dark unsweetened cocoa powder
-56g regular plain yogurt
-5 packets of truvia/stevia
-20g chocolate protein powder (I used cellucor)
Method: this was the easiest part! I took a potato masher and mashed the beans until there weren't any more chunks. I measured the rest of my ingrents and stirred to combine. I baked on 350 for about 25-30 minutes. I froze most of mine so they'll last a while... They make a great froyo topper!
