This genius poptart idea was started by @pbeechie on Instagram and has quickly taken over my taste buds! Of course you know I love pumpkin by now, so here's the recipe for y peanut butter pumpkin cream cheese pop tart!
Ingredients:
-large low carb/high fiber wrap (I use la tortilla brand)
-3T raw old fashion oats (pulsed into oat flour)
-2T pumpkin purée
-1T cream cheese (I use 1/3 fat)
-1T regular pb2 (powdered peanut butter)
-1 stevia/truvia packet
-cinnamon
-vanilla extract
Method: I combined all the ingredients except for the tortilla in a small bowl and stir. After it is combined, I add that into the center of the tortilla, fold into a square, and place in a panini press. I let that cool until it's all nice and toasty then pull off to devour! I topped mine with raw almond butter and had with a nice cup of chobani and walnuts! These taste great for breakfast and snacks. Never get old!
