Headed to the gym this morning after breakfast to get me workout in before babysitting this afternoon! I aim to workout for an hour 6 days a week and that's about how long this took me:
Warn up was 1.5 miles on the elliptical
-shoulder press 2x20
-chest pulls 2x20
-chest press 2x20
-rope pull downs 2x20
-straight arm shoulder flies 2x16
-EZ bar skull crushers 2x20
-shoulder taps 2x20
-tricep kickbacks 2x10 (each arm)
-tricep dips 2x20
-repeats set 1
Cool down was a mile on the elliptical and a little rowing to finish out th hour.
