Belgian Dark Chocolate Bites:
This bag says 3 pieces are a serving and inside there are around 11 servings, so I assumed there would be little chocolate pieces inside- but actually these are individually wrapped! That's a pleasant suprise because it makes them convenient to throw in my bag for on-the-go. They're the perfect size for a sweet bite and incredibly rich tasting, so all you really need is one to satisfy. The chocolate is smooth and creamy, very easy to melt down (chocolate covered pretzels, hey hey!) or even cook with. You can check out their instagram @amberlynchocolates for several recipes using their products, or check out my post for a molten lava cake with one of these as the secret ingredient. Enjoy!

Almonds in Belgian Dark Chocolate:
If almonds weren't delicious enough on their own, they've taken them, coated them in dark chocolate, and rolled them in cocoa powder. Possible the best single bite you can take of anything. I highly highly HIGHLY reccommend!!

Assorted Gourmet Truffles:
Inside the box there are 4 different colored wrappers- gold, green, red, and sliver. I didn't know if each wrapper meant a different flavor. The gold was the first I tried. At first it felt like it had something hard in the middle, but when it melted down, it was actually just solid chocolate. Very much to my surprise.. It was orange flavored! As many of you know by now, I hate fake-fruit flavored things. However, this was so insanely smooth and the Orange was such a subtle flavor, it was absolutely delicious.
Next I tried the red wrapped and it tasted of coconut! Again, solid chocolate but very flavorful, rich, and smooth.
I read the box thinking it might say what the different colors meant. It named three flavors, so I assume it's just random as to which one you get! (No sadness here though, all three are delicious. It's a nice little surprise when you don't know which flavor you'll get!) I opted for the green one since the only flavor left to try was mint. This is definetly a sweet mint, not a brush your teeth kind of mint haha. Flavors were actually similar to a york peppermint patty. Except this was creamier- something I'm loving about all of their chocolates!
Also! This bag said there were 6 servings of 2 pieces. I had 14 chocolates so yay for an extra serving, thanks amberlyn!!
