Several things I love about this brand: they have good quality, inexpensive products, great customer service, and are serenely quick to get back with you on any questions/concerns. They have a variety of flavors of several different products and all exceed expectations!
Protein powders
Unflavored grass-fed whey: I've been looking a while for an unflavored whey to make savory recipes with. This works perfectly! I can use the ratios of all my other recipes to
cook with this whey. (In case you haven't seen already I posted a homemade bread recipe using this product.) I can't talk much about taste because there isn't any, but there isn't a funny texture or after taste when cooking with this.
Vanilla cake batter grass-fed whey: Again, great flavor! Cooking inside recipes works great as well. The flavor is a mix between vanilla whey and a cake batter/confetti flavors whey (go figure!). I liked this flavor mixed in oatmeal and a little goes a long way with the flavor. It's pretty flavorful and in my opinion tastes well with fruit. It's hard to describe this flavor because it is similar to a regular vanilla whey but has more flavor than that.. You'll just have to try it for yoursel, trust me!
Chocolate fudge brownie grass-fed whey: Probably my favorite flavor of the bunch. Why? It's tastes exactly like hot chocolate. The weather where I love is starting to cool down very quickly and there's nothing I'd rather grab than a big mug of hot cocoa! It's also great in shakes or to make protein fluff. Chocolate & banana is a great combination with this. It's full of really nice, strong flavors so if you have a sweet tooth this is probably the one for you.
Chocolate fudge brownie Gemma-pea protein:
I was very skeptical of trying this because all other pea proteins I've tried has an off-putting texture and a bad after taste. After trying this brand's, I totally see why!! This was amazing. The texture was actually preferable to normal whey. It has a thickness to it that gave it a bite, making this much more filling. Flavor was on point. No weird after taste or green color. Give this (or othe pea flavors) a go because it really was delicious. It also fluffs great for fluff. Don't know how, just trust me on this one!
Oatmeal
Banana Cake Flavor: This oatmeal mix has regular old fashioned oats with banana chips, walnuts, stevia, and vanilla flavors added inside. I'd never tried banana chips before and was very suprised by the texture they add! It's a nice crunch with the walnuts inside the oatmeal. I reccommend cooking this combination in milk (I used unsweetened almond and it didn't end up to sweet. I thought it was great!) because it makes it thicker and more like a banana cake. Flavor was on definetly on point! I like oatmeal but I always have to add flavor- this way I don't need to add whey or anything. Very enjoyable.
Frosted Vanilla: This mixture used regular old fashioned oats, coconut chips, dried cranberries, stevia, and vanilla flavoring. I absolutely loved this mixture!!! They made up what went into this one but I was told it is a very popular combination. I now see why!!! I ate this for breakfast, but also found myself having it for lunch/snacks/dessert multiple times. I ran out of this bag very quickly because it's a taste you'll crave and seriously, who doesn't love a good bowl of oats?! I usually ended up cooking this one with half water/half almond milk and it was just how I like.
