For this particular recipe I used a bag of brussel sprouts and a bag of carrots (but cooked separately). I think zucchini would taste great as well, but any vegetable works!
Ingredients:
-vegetable of choice
-olive oil
-Rosemary
-sea salt
-black pepper
Method:
Take your cut vegetables and place in a bag with your olive oil and spices. I used 1-2 T of oil for a bag of vegetables, then shook until all was coated very well. I spread the veggies out on a baking sheet (you don't want them too close or they will steam instead of bake and get crispy) and sprinkled with a little more of my spices. Just bake on 400 F until they are crispy and golden. Every vegetable will take a different amount of time, but equally delicious!
