Every year I like the make a list of goals so I have something I work on throughout the year. I am very self-motivated so when I put my mind to something, I do it! I've never really told anyone my goals before which never makes me held accountable. Not this year though, I have you guys to help me with that! Some of these goals may sound irrelevant or pointless but they're all things that mean something to me wether it's physical or mental. Enjoy!
1) To run a 6 minute mile
2) To break 21 minutes in a 5K
3) To run a half marathon
4) Eat 1700 calories a day EVERYDAY. [sometimes rest days trouble me, our bodies need it]
5) Listen to me body. Wether I'm tired, hungry, or sick do what's best for me!
6) Sky dive or Bungee Jump. [I'm a rebel haha]
7) Meet new people. Actually go places when I'm invited instead of staying home to eat or workout hahaha.
8) Be nicer to people. It's not always about me.
9) Do more charity work, volunteer more places, help others more.
10) Treat myself. For years I've convinced myself sugar is bad. It's part of a balanced lifestyle so iifym... here I come!
