ingredients:
-1 large red apple
-1 T nut butter of choice
-1T pumpkin flax granola
-1T vanilla almond crunch granola
-1/2t vegan chocolate chips (I use enjoy life brand)
-1/2t unsweetened shred coconut.
-cinnamon
method: after washing my apple very well I took a knife and sliced it sideways then cut out any pieces of the core left inside. After that I spread my nut butter then sprinkles the rest of my ingredients overtop and devoured! This snack is a great balance of protein, carbs, and fats. It only took a couple of minutes to make and tastes like dessert even! Hope you enjoy!
