🔹1 c oat flour
🔹1/2 c coconut flour
🔹1 scoop @cellucor cinnamon swirl whey
🔹1 ripe banana (extra large)
🔹1/2t baking soda
🔹1/4t salt
🔹1t baking powder
🔹1T cinnamon
🔹3 packets truvia (or other sweetner)
🔹2 whole eggs
🔹1/2 c cottage cheese
🔹1/3 c raisins
🔹1T melted coconut oil
🔹1t cinnamon extract
🔹1t vanilla extract
Method: pulse the oats into flour, mash the banana, and melt the coconut oil. Blend all the ingredients (except the raisins) until well combined. After blended, stir in raisins and place in a well greased or non-stick pan. I decided to sprinkle another packet of truvia and extra cinnamon on top, but it's optional. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Slice and enjoy! 🍞
