Ingredients:
🔹1 scoop cellucor red velvet whey (could also use chocolate, I was just almost out)
🔹1.5 cups black beans
🔹3/4 x oatmeal
🔹1 whole egg
🔹Vanilla extract
🔹1t baking powder
🔹1/2t baking soda
🔹1/4t salt
🔹1/2 c uns vanilla almond milk
🔹1 small ripe banana
🔹2 heaping tbsp uns dark cocoa powder
🔹3 packets truvia
Method: using a nutribullet, I blended my dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then stirred to combine and baked in a 9x9 baking pan coated in coconut oil on 375 F for 25-30 minutes. I had no idea how huge these would be! They're a good 3 inches thick and larger than the size on my palm. Racking in at a whopping 90 calories a piece... Fiber one has nothing on me!!
